Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Roland J. Bradley Jr. was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 11, 1977.  He accepted his call to ministry at an early age. Prior to accepting his call to ministry, he served faithfully in several areas as needed in the House of God.  He was blessed and honored to watch his father, Rev. Dr. Roland J. Bradley Sr., and his grandfather the late Rev. Thomas Bradley Sr. preach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  This great and awesome anointing has been passed down from generation to generation, and it continues to grow stronger. Pastor Bradley was licensed to preach the Gospel in November 2008. He and his family were long time members of Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Emerson Ross where he was ordained in October 2014. Pastor Bradley has earned an Associate and Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Education from Gwinnett Hall Bible College and Theological Seminary. He also has received certifications from Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Catalyst, Inc. He attended Xavier University and Southern University at New Orleans where he studied Business Administration. He is a graduate of Couples Academy men’s first class of Foundry, Foundry Mastery and Foundry Fortunes. Currently, he is a Certified Marriage Practitioner who specializes in infidelity recovery, premarital, marital, individual coaching and family counseling. Pastor Bradley is the author of three books, including the #1 best-selling The H.U.S.B.A.N.D. Blueprint: Building a Marriage with Love, Respect and Devotion, as well as Don't Be THAT GUY: Recognizing who "that guy" is and gaining the tools to become the "new guy" and 30 Days of Affirmations for Men. His work equips men with the tools to rebuild trust, restore leadership within the home, and operate with integrity, accountability, and purpose. He is a man of vision whose life embraces a passion to serve, a willingness to lead, and a heart to love.  He has a strong desire to capture souls for Christ, serve God and His people, and follow God where He is taking his life and ministry. For over 20 years, Pastor Bradley has been joyfully married to his devoted wife, Janella Miles Bradley, who has faithfully served alongside him in ministry and professionally. Her prayers, strength, unwavering support, and unconditional love have been instrumental in his continued journey of becoming the man of valor God has called him to be. Together, they are the proud parents of three amazing children.
